they suspect or witness any concerning matters.
Procedure
Employees, customers, and suppliers affiliated with Elan International Pvt.
Ltd., Pokhara Branch, are obligated to address and report unethical behavior. Elan
International emphasizes the importance of speaking up if any concerns arise.
- All current and former employees, deployed candidates and their relatives, suppliers,
and other stakeholders are eligible to report wrongdoing.
- The whistleblower is required to report any illegal activities, such as theft, violence
or threats of violence, property damage, bribery, fraud, money laundering, financial
irregularities, failure to comply with legal or regulatory requirements, or engaging in
detrimental conduct against individuals who disclose or plan to disclose information.

Additionally, reports can be directly submitted to the Executive Secretary.
-
If possible, provide details such as date, time, and location of the incident, names of
individuals involved, any relationship with those individuals, the nature of the
concern, how you became aware of the issue, potential witnesses, and any other relevant
information to support the report.
